The flip locks enable faster and easier operations, making it ideal for photographers who need to set up their equipment quickly. This tripod features a 3/8" mounting stud and there is a 1/4th accessory mounting socket on the bottom of the fixed apex/platform. (Apex/platform diameter is around (50.8mm/2in).
